Who this covers

This policy covers evanburger.com and the private tools Evan Burger runs alongside it, including the Google Cloud app named "claude-advisor."

What this site collects

• Application form. If you apply for the AI Creators Collective, your form answers, including your name and email, are sent through Formspree. I use them only to review your application and reply to you.
• No accounts, no ads. This site has no logins and no ad trackers, and I don't sell or rent your information.
• Hosting logs. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and uptime.

Links to YouTube and Skool take you to their own sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Google and YouTube data

The "claude-advisor" app is a private tool. It signs in only to my own YouTube channel, with read-only access, to pull my channel statistics and analytics for my own planning.

• It never posts, edits or deletes anything.
• The data is stored privately and is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
• Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

This app's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It also uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy.

To see, correct or delete anything you've sent me, email [email protected] and I'll handle it within 30 days.
